This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the site, technically necessary data is processed so the site can be delivered to your browser.

Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser sends (e.g., browser type, operating system, referring URL, time of request, IP address). This data is used to operate the site securely and is not merged with other data sources.

When you complete a form on this site, we process the information you provide — in particular your name, phone number, optional email address, and your answers about your studio — solely to respond to your inquiry and to contact you about our services.

To deliver your inquiry to our inbox, we use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a service provider. We keep your inquiry data only as long as needed to respond and then delete it, unless we are legally required to retain it.

To show videos (e.g., intro and review videos) we use Wistia, Inc., 17 Tudor Street, Cambridge, MA 02139, USA. When a video loads or plays, a connection to Wistia’s servers is established, during which usage data (including your IP address) may be processed and cookies or similar technologies may be used.

Marketing and tracking technologies (in particular the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, see below) are loaded and activated only after you give consent through our consent banner. Without your consent, no tracking takes place and no related data is sent to Meta. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. The pixel sets cookies (e.g., _fbp) and lets us understand how you interact with this website after seeing or clicking one of our Meta ads, so we can measure and improve our advertising.

With your consent, we also send certain events (e.g., form submissions) to Meta server-side through the Meta Conversions API. Contact details (such as name, phone number, and optionally email) are hashed with SHA-256 before transmission and used only for matching and measuring ad performance.

Before certain cosmetic treatments, our intake form (anamnese.filled.studio) collects information needed to perform the treatment safely: name, date of birth, phone number, optional email address, the requested treatment, your answers about health contraindications, and your signature. Some of this is sensitive health information.

We process this health information only based on your explicit consent, which you give in the form. It is used solely to prepare, perform, and document your treatment, and is never used for marketing; no marketing tracking runs on the intake flow. As with inquiries, we use Resend, Inc. (USA) to deliver intake forms to our inbox. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@filledstudio.com.
